A Hyatt Gold Passport account number or username is required to sign-in to Hyatt.com. If you cannot remember your Hyatt Gold Passport account number or username, please contact Customer Service. At anytime after you have signed-in you may go to My Profile to change or set your username.
At any time, you may go to My Profile to set or change your username. If you forget your username, please sign-in with your Gold Passport® Number instead.
If you are not a Gold Passport® member, you must sign-in with a password. If you forget your password, you may have one sent to the e-mail address we have on file. If you no longer have access to the e-mail address we have on file, please contact Customer Service.
If you have a Temporary Password, you will be asked to set a new password after signing-in. If you forget your password, you may have one e-mailed to you. If you no longer have access to the e-mail address we have on file, you may have a Temporary Password mailed to you, or you can contact Customer Service to change your e-mail address."
If you select "Remember Me", you will have limited access to your account information unless you enter your password. When signing-in, your username or Gold Passport® Number will be pre-populated. Your account information cannot be modified without entering your password.
When making a reservation, your name, contact information and Gold Passport® Number will be pre-populated.
Your account summary will appear at the left side of the home page. You must sign-in to redeem Gold Passport® points or awards.
